Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 2 to 4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 24 hours.
• International orders take 6 to 10 business days to be delivered via National Post or DHL.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over 150€ will have free shipping to France only.
• Orders under 150€ will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• French card can pay in two times for orders over 100€ choosing Alma at checkout

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 3-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or we will gladly exchange the items, you will have to send it back to us and we will refund shipping upon receipt.
• Timing: we have a 3-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email customerservice@exotica-swimwear.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return.
• If the return is approved, then it will be processed and a credit store of the amount purchased without shipping fee. You can use the credit store one year.

No, we do not offer a hold or lay-by service. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately.

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped.
