I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

We do not restock, when an item is gone, it's gone. We advise you purchase when it is still available.

 

What are the delivery fees ?

 Delivery fees are calculated depending on how many items you have in your cart. We are shipping from Paris. Depending on the destination, shipping fees may vary from 4.90 € to 19,90€

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We aim for immediate dispatch of goods with orders generally received between 1-7 working days. Please note that orders can take upto 8-10 working days (particularly for rural areas).

International delivery can take up to 10 working days – for details please contact us at customerservice@exotica-swimwear.com

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we do. Tracking number will be sent to you via email

What payment methods does Exotica Swimwear accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and payments via Paypal.

 

I cannot pay on the website with credit card without having to log in to a Paypal account. 

You might have to remove you cookies and try again.  If still not working, click on the second option which should be “create a Paypal account” then option should appear. If not, please contact us at info@exotica-swimwear.com

Can I place an item on hold or lay-by for purchase at a later date?
No, we do not offer a hold or lay-by service. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Exotica Swimwear without creating an account.

What’s our returns policy ?

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 3 business days of delivery. Policy is Strictly Enforced.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by leaving a message or email customerservice@exotica-swimwear.com

Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state ‘delivered’.
