For wholesale purchases with Exotica Swimwear, we must have the following information from your company sent to info@exotica-swimwear.com or by completing this form :

1. Company Name
2. Name & Contact number of buyer
3. Links to all the company's website(s) & social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All merchandise MUST be sold as Exotica Swimwear

• NO renaming merchandise
• NO changing and/or removing tags from merchandise (as this is PROHIBITED at any capacity, and will result in a termination of seller/merchant agreement). 
• All merchandise sold/displayed on company's websites (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) MUST be visibly marked as the brand Exotica Swimwear

DISCOUNT

Wholesale prices will be sent to you via email. You can choose the quantity and styles you would like to purchase, we will review your request and get back to you with your invoice.

 Buyers are REQUIRED to set their price point at the same as Exotica Swimwear or higher. Exotica Swimwear merchandise may be included in any promotions in store or on the retailer’s website, but MAY NOT be displayed as MARKED DOWN or SALE.

PAYMENT 

Payment is due IN FULL once order has been placed. All payments are made via PayPal through invoice, that will be sent once item request is reviewed. However, you can also do a bank transfer.

SHIPPING

Depending on the quantity of the order, the production can take up to 30 business days to be shipped. We advice you take note of this and order in advance. We will calculate your shipping fees when we receive your order with quantity. You will get a tracking number for the wholesale order.
